The V49 Project began with a house located in Giurgiu County, designed as a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Bucharest. The clients, a couple passionate about horseback riding, own a horse that they keep at a nearby stable. This shared passion served as the inspiration for the design concept of the home.

The space is spread across two levels and includes two bedrooms, a living room that is partially open to the kitchen, two bathrooms, a home office, and a cozy reading nook. Many of the furniture pieces and decorative objects were custom-made, following the design concept and sketches developed by A12 Studio.
